The toilet door creaks open as the office lady steps in, her heels echoing in the quiet bathroom. She undresses methodically, revealing a lacy bra and panties. She sits on the toilet, and a stream of feces falls into the bowl. Moments later, she leans over and expels a torrent of vomit, the mess mixing with her shit.

She reaches down, smearing the combined waste on her thighs and buttocks. The voyeur, hidden behind a cracked door, watches intently she then starts to play with the mess. Her defecation and vomiting are captured in vivid detail, making this heavy stuff for fans of phowa house scat porn.
