Sugary Little Defecates Wildly in a Diaper Mess

Sugary Little starts the set in a pristine diaper, her anticipation building as she begins to feel the urge. She writhes and moans, the tension growing as she struggles to hold it in. Finally, she lets go, filling the diaper with a large, steaming pile of poop. The mess is immediate, spreading through the fabric.

She moves on to defecate, each push adding to the mounting pile in her diaper. Sugary Little revels in the mess, smearing the poop around with her hands and rubbing it into her skin. The poop xxx reaches its peak as she regresses, enjoying the dirty, extreme sensations of the scat set.
