Natalia Kapretti Smokes While Shitting and Eating Fruit Covered

Natalia Kapretti sits on the toilet, a cigarette dangling from her lips. She takes a deep drag, exhales slowly, and then the shitting begins. Her bowel movement is smooth and steady, a heavy stream of poop plopping into the bowl. She looks satisfied, soaking up the moment.

After finishing, Natalia reaches for a piece of fruit coated in fresh feces. She takes a bite, soaking up the taste of her own shit. The combination of smoking and eating poop-covered fruit is uniquely satisfying. She moves on to enjoy her smoking scat clips, relishing every moment of her solo round.
